This is especially important before the busy application season, because workers need material that flows normally through hand tools, small spreaders, or field loading equipment. Good storage also makes it easier to check stock, plan loading, and avoid opening more bags than the field team can use in one day. A clean storage record also helps workers use older bags first and keep new stock for the next round.
