Product Introduction

Liquid fertilizer is a homogeneous nutrient solution or suspension, supplied in a ready-to-use fluid form. It features a uniform distribution of macronutrients, micronutrients, and other additives, ensuring consistent and precise delivery. This formulation is engineered for maximum compatibility and uptake efficiency in fertigation systems, including drip and overhead irrigation, as well as foliar application, providing immediate nutrient availability for crops.

Product Advantages

Formula Homogeneity & Multi-Functionalit

Liquid fertilizer is produced under industrial homogenization processes, ensuring consistent composition throughout the entire batch. It allows for the integration of chelated micronutrients, plant hormones, and adjuvants into a single, multifunctional formulation.

Ready-to-Use & Simplified Handlin

No weighing, dissolving, or stirring is required. It can be directly injected or diluted, significantly reducing labor input and eliminating human measurement error.

Irrigation System Compatibility

Containing no insoluble particles, this fertilizer is suitable for precision irrigation systems such as drip and micro-sprinkler irrigation. It effectively prevents clogging and maintains long-term system reliability.

High Nutrient Delivery Efficienc

Nutrients are already in soluble form, enabling rapid and uniform distribution with irrigation water. They are also quickly absorbed through foliar application, making them suitable for prompt nutrient deficiency correction.

Tank-Mix Flexibilit

Its liquid form facilitates mixing with most liquid crop protection products, allowing for combined application of fertilizer and pesticides. This integration improves overall field operation efficiency.

Automation Compatibility

It can be directly and precisely controlled via pumps, flow meters, and EC/pH sensors, enabling fully automated fertigation. This makes it a core component of smart irrigation and fertilization systems.

Operational Safety & Environmental Profile

The closed handling system eliminates dust inhalation risks. Its enclosed pipeline delivery also minimizes nutrient volatilization and loss, contributing to environmentally responsible nutrient management.

Product Applications

8

High-Value Cash Crops

For example, ebb-and-flow irrigation for greenhouse tomatoes and strawberries; drip irrigation systems for blueberries and citrus.

5

Large-Scale Farms

For example, center-pivot irrigation fertigation for extensive corn and potato fields.

13

Soilless Cultivation / Vertical Farming

For example, Deep Flow Technique (DFT) or Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) systems in lettuce factories.

15

Turf and Golf Courses

Emphasizes stringent requirements for uniform color, consistent growth, and rapid recovery.

Usage

Core Principle: Adhere to the practices of "little and often" and "water before and after fertilizing."

General Dilution & Concentration Guidelines

Foliar Spray: Dilute 500-1000 times (EC ~0.5-1.0 mS/cm). Spray until both sides of leaves are wet but not dripping.

Fertigation (Drip/Irrigation):

Target Working Solution Concentration: Maintain EC between 1.0 - 2.5 mS/cm, adjusted for specific crop and growth stage.

Injection Ratio: Typically inject stock solution at 0.1% - 0.5% of the irrigation water flow rate.

Golden Protocol for System Operation

1.Initiation: Start irrigation with plain water for 5-10 minutes to wet the lines and root zone.
2. Fertigation: Inject fertilizer at the set ratio. Ensure the fertigation period covers at least 70% of the total irrigation time.
3. Flushing: After fertigation, continue irrigation with plain water for 10-15 minutes to flush residual fertilizer from the lines and prevent salt buildup at emitters or in the root zone.

Dynamic Adjustment for Different Cultivation Systems

Potted Plants / Greenhouse Soil Culture: Adopt a "drench-interval-drench" cycle, applying fertilizer with each irrigation event.

Deep Flow Technique / Nutrient Film Technique (DFT/NFT): Use as the base nutrient solution. Continuously monitor and adjust the EC and pH of the working solution. Replace or replenish the nutrient solution weekly.

Field Drip Irrigation: Develop a split-application schedule based on crop nutrient uptake patterns and soil moisture, applying the total nutrient dose in multiple increments with irrigation water.
